Job description
4-8 years of experience in project coordination or PMO support.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent qualifications.
Experience coordinating IT or digital projects, including project documentation, status reporting, stakeholder coordination, and risk and issue tracking (RAID logs).
Skills
Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), go-live readiness, project rollouts, and system upgrades.
CAPM or PRINCE2 Foundation certification, or knowledge of Agile methodologies, is preferred.
Experience supporting IT or digital projects in retail or multi-site environments is an advantage.
