We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Specialist Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon to join a reputed hospital in Dubai, UAE.
The ideal candidate should have strong clinical expertise in diagnosing and treating conditions affecting the mouth, jaws, face, and associated structures, along with a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and manage complex oral and maxillofacial conditions, injuries, and deformities.
- Perform surgical procedures, including impacted tooth extractions, jaw surgeries, facial trauma management, and corrective maxillofacial procedures.
- Evaluate and treat oral cysts, tumors, infections, and other maxillofacial pathologies.
- Perform dental implant surgeries and bone grafting procedures when clinically indicated.
- Develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including dentists, orthodontists, ENT specialists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Provide preoperative and postoperative patient care, ensuring optimal recovery and outcomes.
- Maintain accurate medical records and comply with hospital policies and healthcare regulations.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in oral and maxillofacial surgical techniques.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Dentistry (BDS/DDS/DMD) or equivalent recognized qualification.
- Postgraduate specialization in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery from a recognized institution.
- Relevant clinical and surgical experience in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery.
- Strong expertise in oral surgery, facial trauma management, and maxillofacial procedures.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
