We are hiring a full-time Speech Therapist to join our growing team in Al-Khor, Qatar. As a Speech Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing and treating individuals with communication disorders, including speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct initial evaluations and assessments to determine the individual's communication needs
Develop personalized treatment plans based on the individual's specific goals and needs
Implement therapy sessions using evidence-based practices and techniques
Monitor progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed
Educate individuals and their families on effective communication strategies and techniques
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care for individuals with communication disorders
Keep accurate records of treatment sessions and progress reports
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited institution
Valid license to practice as a Speech Therapist in Qatar (or eligible to obtain one)
Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Speech Therapist
Experience working with clients of all ages with various communication disorders
Knowledge of evidence-based practices and techniques for speech therapy
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team setting
