Speech therapist vacancy in Lusail Qatar Speech Therapist - Lusail, Qatar We are currently seeking a compassionate and experienced Speech Therapist to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. As a Speech Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating communication and swallowing disorders in individuals of all ages. Key Responsibilities Conducting comprehensive evaluations to assess speech, language, and swallowing abilities Developing individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results and client goals Providing therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques and strategies Monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed Educating clients and their families on techniques to improve communication skills Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care for clients Maintaining accurate documentation of client assessments, progress notes, and treatment plans Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Valid license/certification in speech therapy from the country of origin or willingness to obtain one in Qatar Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a speech therapist Experience working with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds is preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Benefits Competitive salary package with additional bonuses based on performance Accommodation provided by the company Visa sponsorship for non-Qatari nationals As an equal opportunity employer, we value diversity and inclusivity in our workplace.
