Job Description
Carry out and deliver activities related to the installation, testing & commissioning, operations and maintenance of the respective network and ensure services perform with consistency, reliability and efficiency in compliance with the engineering standards, objectives, priorities, guidelines and procedures.

Responsibilities
- Attend to remote stations, shift duties and call-out assignments as and when required
- Assist in the resolution of complex issues/ concerns and resolve minor faults under minimal guidance, as required.
- Report and review with superiors’ significant events, key/critical observations and concerns to operation & maintenance procedures.
- Keep track of the implementation status of work plan/assignments on a day-to-day basis
- Carry out activities as per the project plan and ensure compliance with Etisalat standards, procedures, and guidelines
- Prepare and submit the reports on the assigned network/ functionality.
- Monitor the performance of suppliers, contractors, vendors & consultants and follow up as required.
- Support the introduction of new/modified services.
- Performs supervision, as required; monitors the quality of work of contractors and guides the contractor’s employees on site when needed.
- Conduct proper project documentation and maintenance of log books, progress reports etc. of job related activities.
- Coordinate as required with other Engineering sections, contractors and consultants and follow up as required.
- Keep abreast of new technologies, systems and developments in respect of assigned network/ functionality.
- Perform any other function assigned as and when required
