Project Field Supervision
- Oversee daily telecom construction installation pre-commissioning and commissioning activities on-site or offshore
Contractor Management
- Monitor contractors and subcontractors review progress reports and flag technical drifts or delays
Safety Permits
- Lead or supervise Permit to Work PTW meetings Job Safety Analyses JSAs and ensure adherence to company safety rules
Troubleshooting Maintenance
- Investigate operational issues reconfigure system parameters manage maintenance tasks often via SAP and coordinate escalations to senior engineers
Documentation Handover
- Check constructability aspects of engineering deliverables track milestones and manage project documentation for final handover
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications, Electrical/Electronics & Communications Engineering, or a recognized equivalent technical diploma.
Experience
7 to 10+ years of cumulative experience in oil & gas, energy, or industrial infrastructure projects. Direct experience with offshore/onshore brownfields, hook-up and maintenance operation
