What you'll do:
Support AP and AR
Process ACH payments across multiple bank accounts
Perform bank reconciliations
Prepare and post GL entries
Keep the inventory system and QuickBooks in sync
Help with the month-end close, monthly schedules, P&L and balance sheet
Take part in process improvement and automation projects
