Staff Assistant (African Candidates)
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Staff Assistant to join our team in Dukhan. As a Staff Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff members. This position is open to African candidates who have experience working in an office setting. Salary: 1500$ City: Dukhan, Qatar Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring they are well-stocked and in good working condition Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff members Assist with preparing documents, reports, and presentations as needed Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages Keep track of office expenses and prepare expense reports Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Staff Assistant or in a similar role Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal) Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision Preferences
