Job Description JCW is partnering with a well-established, highly regarded insurance carrier in New Jersey who is looking to bring on a Staff Attorney to focus in the workers' compensation space. This is an in-house position with a strong support structure and meaningful, varied caseload. Job Responsibilities * Protect policyholder interests in litigated workers' compensation matters through settlement or decision * Handle complex litigation and develop litigation strategies in collaboration with policyholders * Provide case status updates, recommendations, and legal guidance to policyholders and claims staff * Build and maintain relationships with internal and external customers Job Requirements * Juris Doctor degree and active license to practice law in New Jersey * Workers' compensation experience, including multiple jurisdictions * Strong negotiation, communication, and writing skills
