JCW is partnering with a leading New Jersey insurance carrier on a Staff Attorney search within their General Claims Legal team.
Role Responsibilities:
You'll provide in-house legal counsel on insurance coverage and defense matters across personal and commercial auto, homeowners, and commercial property/liability claims. This includes drafting reservation-of-rights and coverage-position letters, monitoring outside defense and coverage litigation, advising on policy language and regulatory matters, and partnering with claims and business teams on emerging legal issues.
