A respected plaintiffs firm is seeking experienced Staff Attorneys for a 3 month project
Position Details: This position is fully remote. Attorneys must be licensed and working from the jurisdiction in which they are admitted to practice. The initial term is expected to last three months , with the potential for extension based on business needs and performance.
About the Role: The position will focus primarily on document review , with additional substantive litigation responsibilities. Attorneys will play an active role in ongoing matters and support broader case strategy efforts.
Responsibilities: Responsibilities include document review and analysis, drafting memoranda and case summaries, identifying key documents for use in depositions, and supporting case development and other litigation-related tasks.
Qualifications: Candidates must hold an active law license in the jurisdiction from which they are working. Prior experience conducting document review in complex litigation matters is required. Qualified candidates will have a strong litigation background, including legal research and motion drafting, and must be able to work independently and manage their workflow effectively in a remote environment.
