Core Responsibilities:
Monitor pediatric patient vitals continuously and manage complex post-operative recovery phases.
Administer critical medications with strict accuracy using the Cerner electronic health record (EHR) system.
Coordinate seamlessly with specialized pediatric surgeons and multidisciplinary medical teams.
Educate families and parents on post-discharge care while maintaining absolute cultural sensitivity.
Mandatory Requirements:
Licensing: An active and valid QCHP (Qatar Council for Healthcare Practitioners) Nursing License.
Verification: A completely finalized and clear Dataflow background report.
Experience: At least 3 years of direct clinical nursing experience within a pediatric or neonatal facility.
