Infinity Learn by Sri Chaitanya is a K-12 EdTech platform focused on delivering high-quality learning solutions and building strong partnerships with schools and educational institutions.

We are looking for an experienced State Head – B2B Sales to drive school penetration, institutional partnerships, market expansion and revenue growth across the assigned geography.

Pune, Maharashtra / Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Key Responsibilities

• Own B2B lead generation, school penetration and revenue growth across the assigned geography.
• Identify, map and acquire high-potential schools and educational institutions.
• Build a strong B2B school pipeline through field prospecting, market mapping, references and partnerships.
• Drive school meetings, proposals, negotiations, closures and revenue realization.
• Build strong relationships with School Owners, Trustees, Principals and other key decision-makers.
• Identify high-potential districts and develop structured market expansion plans.
• Own revenue targets, pipeline reviews, forecasting and business performance.
• Monitor territory-wise performance and take corrective actions to improve conversion and productivity.
• Build, manage and develop a 5–6 member Field Sales (FOS) team .
• Recruit, onboard, coach and drive team productivity against lead-generation, meeting and revenue targets.
• Work closely with central teams across lead generation, marketing and operations.
• Conduct market intelligence and competitor mapping to identify new business opportunities.
• Ensure disciplined CRM and pipeline management with accurate forecasting and reporting.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience in B2B, Institutional or Field Sales .
• Experience in K-12, EdTech, Education Services or School Solutions preferred.
• Proven track record of driving revenue through school/institutional partnerships.
• Strong understanding of territory mapping, lead generation, pipeline management and sales closures.
• Experience managing or building field-sales teams.
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation and communication skills.
• Highly target-oriented and data-driven.
• Comfortable with extensive field travel across the assigned geography.
• Ability to build and scale a market from the ground up.
