# Stock Controller Wanted with Jewelry, Watches, or any luxury productsAl Majed GroupDoha, Qatar|Senior LevelFull-TimeOn-SiteJob Details- **Applicant location:** within Qatar- **Visa Status:** Qatar Company Visa (With NOC)- **Number of Hires:** 1* **Industry:** Retail & Wholesale Trade* **Function:** Warehouse & InventoryJob Description**Position:** Stock Controller**Industry:** Retail / Luxury Products**Key Requirement:** Candidates with proven experience in **luxury products, jewellery, or watches are preferred/required**.**Nationality:** Asians- Indian/Filipino **Key Points to note:*** **Please make sure candidate must have good communication skills he / she will be reporting directly to the management*** **Interested candidates will be ready to work in split shifts and evenings*** **Salary negotiable****Key Responsibilities*** Maintain accurate records of **luxury products, jewellery, watches, and high-value inventory**.* Monitor all stock movements, including receiving, transfers, sales issues, returns, and adjustments.* Receive and verify products against purchase orders, delivery documents, and system records.* Conduct regular **physical stock counts and inventory audits**.* Reconcile physical stock with ERP/system records and investigate discrepancies.* Maintain proper records of **serial numbers, model numbers, SKUs, product codes, and other identification details**.* Monitor stock levels and coordinate with sales, purchasing, warehouse, and finance teams.* Ensure proper handling, storage, security, and movement of high-value products.* Track damaged, missing, defective, returned, and slow-moving items.* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly **inventory and stock movement reports**.* Ensure all stock transfers between stores, branches, warehouses, and other locations are properly documented.* Assist with internal and external inventory audits.* Maintain strict confidentiality and follow company procedures for the handling of high-value merchandise.* Identify inventory discrepancies, losses, or irregularities and report them to management immediately.* Ensure accurate and timely updating of inventory transactions in the **ERP/inventory management system**.**Mandatory Requirements*** **Minimum 2–5 years of relevant Stock Controller / Inventory Controller experience.*** **Mandatory experience in luxury products, jewellery, watches, or other high-value retail products.*** Strong knowledge of inventory control and stock reconciliation.* Experience handling **high-value merchandise and detailed product records**.* Good knowledge of **ERP/inventory management systems and MS Excel**.* Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and numerical skills.* Good communication and coordination skills.* Ability to maintain strict control and confidentiality when handling high-value products.Required SkillsInventory Management
