Stone Technical Manager Middle East Project

We are seeking a highly experienced Stone Technical Manager with strong expertise in stone materials fabrication drafting cut sheets and installation for large-scale projects .

The ideal candidate must have overseas experience preferably from a large stone company in Dubai or the Middle East and possess a solid technical understanding of the entire stone project process from design coordination to installation.

This is an urgent hiring candidates must be ready to join immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all technical aspects of stone projects including material selection fabrication drafting and installation.
• Lead coordination between design production and installation teams.
• Review and approve detailed shop drawings and stone cut sheets .
• Ensure compliance with design intent quality standards and project specifications.
• Supervise the preparation of fabrication and installation drawings for large projects.
• Manage communication with clients consultants and contractors.
• Provide technical guidance and support to drafting and production teams.
• Ensure smooth workflow from material sourcing to site installation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Architecture Engineering or related field .

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the stone and marble industry with at least 5 years of overseas experience (preferably in Dubai or other GCC countries ).
• Proven experience in large-scale hotel commercial or high-end residential projects.
• Strong technical skills in stone materials fabrication drafting and installation.
• Deep knowledge of AutoCAD shop drawing preparation and stone cut sheets.
• Excellent coordination leadership and communication skills.
• Must be ready to join immediately.
