Patiently address all customer related grievances or get a concrete solution from superiors and feel customer satisfied with best shopping experience
Ensure that all sections/cash/back-store are neat and clean and all items are correctly priced
Ensure Product knowledge workbooks/manuals are completed/studied in the given time
Ensure the highest standards of merchandising and housekeeping standards are maintained in store at all times
Ensure correct rotation of stock on the shelves
Maintaining adequate stock on shelves and correct signage is displayed
Accurate stock ordering to maximize sales
Participate in morning briefings and other meetings actively and utilize relevant information for self and business development
Carry out and support in all Audits of the store and implement given suggestions on time
Minimize all types of losses i.e. damages, shoplifting etc taking place in the store
Train and support newly recruited staff and feel them comfortable in their assignments
