Store Director

The Store Director is responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, ensuring the smooth and profitable functioning of the department store. This role entails leading the team to achieve financial and operational targets, providing excellent customer service, optimizing stock management, and maintaining a high standard of visual merchandising. The Store Director plays a key role in driving the store's strategic initiatives while fostering a positive and motivating work environment.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Extensive experience (10+ years) in retail management, with a minimum of 5 years in a Senior Managerial/Leadership role within the luxury retail sector.
• Proven track record of managing a large-scale, multi-brand retail operation or department store.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving profitability.
• Excellent understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service.
