Strategic Cost Management Analyst

SPIE Global Services Energy in Qatar is seeking an Analyst, Cost Management to drive cost control, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting across the organization. You will monitor cost performance, develop models, and support management with insights for strategic decisions.
