Across both businesses, finance teams are expanding across:
We are particularly interested in speaking with Analysts, Associates and VPs in Chicago who have built their experience across infrastructure, energy, real assets or complex financing transactions and are interested in moving closer to the underlying asset.
That could include candidates coming from:
For candidates currently sitting within banks, lenders, advisory teams or investment funds, this is an opportunity to move onto the principal/operator side - working directly on capital deployment, financing strategy and investment decisions rather than advising on or underwriting them from the outside.
The roles offer exposure to senior leadership and live transactions as both platforms continue to scale.
Direct data center experience is not required . Experience financing, underwriting, advising on or investing in large-scale infrastructure, power, energy, real estate or contracted assets can translate very well into the sector.
Location: Chicago, IL
If you are currently in banking, lending or infrastructure investing and are interested in what a move onto the operator side could look like, please apply and we will be in touch confidentially.
