About Click Dee
Click Dee is in the US Pay-Per-Call performance marketing space, connecting high-intent consumers with top national and regional service providers across verticals like Insurance, Home Services, Finance, and Legal. We specialize in driving high-quality, qualified phone calls directly to our clients' sales floors, delivering measurable ROI and substantial growth. We are seeking a results-oriented professional to scale our direct advertiser relationships.
Role Overview
The Strategic Partnerships Manager will be solely responsible for identifying, prospecting, negotiating, and closing direct advertiser agreements across high-value Pay-Per-Call verticals in the US market. This is a critical business development role focused exclusively on acquiring and onboarding companies that will buy qualified inbound phone calls directly from Click Dee, bypassing intermediary networks.
Key Responsibilities
1. Direct Advertiser Acquisition (Core Focus)
Identify and Target: Proactively research, map, and target high-potential companies (Advertisers/Buyers) that utilize Pay-Per-Call for lead generation within key verticals (e.g., Health Insurance, Home Warranty, HVAC, Debt Relief).
Full-Cycle Sales: Own the entire sales process, from initial outreach and pitch development to contract negotiation and successful onboarding of new direct Advertiser partners.
Negotiation & Deal Structuring: Negotiate and execute performance-based contracts, defining Call Payouts, Qualified Call Criteria (duration, IVR filters, time-of-day), and weekly/monthly volume caps to ensure profitable and sustainable partnerships.
2. Strategic Relationship Management
Launch & Optimization: Work cross-functionally with our Media Buying and Operations teams to ensure successful campaign launches and immediate quality control for new Advertisers.
Growth Strategy: Regularly analyze partnership performance data (conversion rates, call quality, retention) to develop and propose strategies for scaling successful direct campaigns and maximizing Advertiser Lifetime Value (LTV).
Industry Representation: Act as a key ambassador for Click Dee at industry conferences, tradeshows, and networking events to build brand visibility and source new direct relationships.
3. Market Expertise & Reporting
Maintain a deep and current understanding of the US Pay-Per-Call landscape, including competitor activity, compliance regulations (TSR, TCPA), and emerging buyer trends.
Forecast monthly revenue from new partnerships and provide regular, accurate reporting on pipeline status, closed deals, and campaign performance to senior leadership.
Utilize CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot) to diligently track all sales activities and partnership opportunities.
Qualifications

3+ years of proven, direct sales or business development experience in the Performance Marketing or Affiliate Marketing industry.
MUST have direct experience with Pay-Per-Call (PPC) or other Lead Generation models where you were responsible for acquiring the paying buyer/advertiser.

Exceptional negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to articulate a clear value proposition for the Pay-Per-Call model.
Strong analytical skills: comfortable interpreting data reports (e.g., CR, ROI, EPC) to build compelling business cases for partnership.
