Job Title- Strategic Sourcing Specialist
Location - Phoenix,AZ
Pay rate- $40/hr
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) projects within the Aerospace business.
- Monitor project performance, identify risks, and develop effective corrective actions to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Create and maintain Line of Balance (LOB), Clear To Build reports and related planning tools.
- Utilize SAP to analyze supply chain data, track project milestones, and support operational decision-making.
- Develop project tracking mechanisms, metrics, and dashboards to measure performance and progress.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Operations, Planning, Procurement, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present project updates, performance reports, and recommendations to leadership.
- Support problem-solving activities and facilitate cross-functional alignment to resolve operational challenges.
Required Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship required.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
- 7+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Project Management, or a related discipline.
- Strong SAP experience with the ability to analyze and manage supply chain data.
- Experience creating and managing Line of Balance (LOB) reports & Clear To Build reports
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including:
- Pivot Tables
- VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
- Data analysis and reporting
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Aerospace or manufacturing industry experience.
- Experience leading cross-functional project teams.
- Knowledge of Integrated Supply Chain processes and operational metrics.
- Continuous improvement, Lean, or Six Sigma experience.
