Stretch Expert

MyPT is looking for an experienced and results-driven Stretch Expert to lead and expand our Stretch Trainers division across MyPT locations and On-Demand services in the UAE.

This is a leadership role — not just a trainer position. We are looking for someone who can build, manage, and scale a professional stretch department with strong operational and coaching standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and manage a team of Stretch Trainers
• Develop stretching, mobility, and recovery protocols
• Ensure high service quality and client experience standards
• Lead trainer onboarding, education, and performance management
• Support operational growth across all locations and On-Demand services
• Build a strong culture focused on recovery, mobility, and performance

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Stretch Trainer / Mobility Specialist
• Previous managerial or leadership experience is mandatory
• Strong knowledge of assisted stretching, recovery, mobility, and corrective exercise
• Ability to recruit, mentor, and develop trainers
• Strong communication and team management skills
• Fitness industry background preferred
