Company Overview

Our client is a growing structural engineering consulting firm that designs complex commercial buildings throughout Florida and the Caribbean. The firm provides structural design services for healthcare, higher education, hospitality, multifamily, mixed-use and commercial developments.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis and design for commercial building projects.
• Prepare calculations, drawings, and construction documents.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and engineering teams.
• Utilize RAM, ETABS, Revit, and related design tools.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• 2+ years of structural engineering experience.
• Commercial building structural design experience.
• Experience with RAM and/or ETABS.
• Revit experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Masters degree in Structural Engineering.
• EIT certification preferred.
• Healthcare, hospitality, multifamily or higher education project experience.

Target Background

• Candidates from structural consulting firms with experience designing hospitals, hotels, condominiums, parking garages, universities and large commercial buildings are highly preferred.
