Role Responsibilities

• Lead structural design and analysis for building construction projects.
• Review detailed structural drawings and engineering calculations.
• Coordinate structural requirements with architects, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
• Support effective coordination between design requirements and construction activities.
• Conduct site visits and structural inspections during project execution.
• Assess ongoing works to safeguard structural integrity.
• Provide technical support during construction and address structural issues arising on site.
• Support the resolution of complex technical and site challenges.
• Ensure structural works comply with applicable building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Oversee the preparation of structural engineering reports and technical documentation.
• Prepare and review progress-related reporting as required.
• Contribute to efficient design execution through practical structural engineering input.

Construction and Site Support

The Structural Engineer will maintain direct involvement during the construction phase rather than focusing solely on design. This includes inspecting ongoing works, coordinating with project stakeholders, identifying structural concerns, and providing technically appropriate solutions when site conditions or construction issues require engineering input.

• Excellent understanding of applicable building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with architects, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
• Ability to provide practical technical support during active construction.
