Dubai Media is looking for a confident and organized Studio Manager to help bring television productions to life from the studio floor. You’ll be at the heart of the action — coordinating production teams, communicating with the Director, managing talent and studio movement, and making sure everything comes together smoothly, whether it’s a live broadcast or a recorded production.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate with Directors, camera operators, talent, and production teams to ensure smooth studio operations.
- Manage the movement and positioning of talent, props, sets, and equipment during productions.
- Act as the key link between the Director and the studio crew, communicating instructions and feedback clearly.
- Keep productions on schedule and quickly address any issues or delays that arise.
- Work closely with technical teams across lighting, sound, cameras, and set design.
- Support a safe, organized, and efficient studio environment.
- Help identify ways to improve production workflows and overall efficiency.
- Manage studio resources effectively and ensure equipment, props, and sets are ready for production.
- Support production teams, guests, and contributors to ensure everyone has the information and resources they need.
What You Bring
- 0–4 years of relevant experience in television production, studio operations, or a related field.
- Familiarity with live or recorded television production and studio environments.
- Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work confidently with different production teams.
- Excellent organization and attention to detail, especially when managing multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm and react quickly during production.
- Basic technical understanding of studio equipment, communication systems, cameras, or lighting controls.
