Renewyx have partnered with a residential home builder in the Chicago area to bring on a Superintendent. Homes, start to finish. You run the site, you own the schedule, and you hand over a house the buyer is proud of.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲:

You'll lead each build from foundation through final walk. Schedule the trades, keep them moving, check the quality at every stage and keep the site safe and clean. Keep the PM and homeowner in the loop.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂'𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴:

• Superintendent or site lead experience on residential builds, or a strong lead carpenter or foreman ready for the step up

• A track record scheduling and managing trades from foundation to punch list

• A solid read of plans and a sharp eye for finish quality

• Experience with City of Chicago or suburban permits and inspections

• Gut rehab or major renovation experience

• Permanent, full-time role

• Field-based on sites across the Chicago area
