Job Description:
We are seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer responsible for ensuring supplier quality, resolving quality issues, and driving continuous improvement across the supply base.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Supplier Quality Engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans, and 8D .
- Strong knowledge of Root Cause Analysis, Corrective/Preventive Actions (CAPA) and problem-solving.
- Experience conducting supplier audits and monitoring supplier performance.
- Knowledge of GD&T, engineering drawings, and inspection methods .
- Experience with IATF 16949 / ISO 9001 quality standards.
- Ability to work with suppliers, engineering, manufacturing, and purchasing teams.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with automotive/manufacturing suppliers preferred.
