The Sustaining Engineer is responsible for owning and maintaining the Busbar Product Life Cycle Management (PLM) system, ensuring accurate, controlled, and production-ready designs throughout the full product lifecycle. This role provides immediate response to design-related production issues, and drives Design for Manufacturability improvements to support safety, quality, and efficiency.
