Job Overview
VPS Elite Human Resources Consultancies LLC is seeking an experienced System Administrator for a client’s IT team in Dubai. The position focuses on managing and supporting enterprise IT infrastructure, including Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure/Entra ID, virtualization, networking, and security technologies.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining reliable IT systems, troubleshooting infrastructure issues, and supporting users and business operations. Immediate joiners and candidates currently available in the UAE are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain Windows Server environments.
- Manage Active Directory and Microsoft 365 services.
- Support Azure/Entra ID administration and identity services.
- Configure and troubleshoot TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and firewall-related issues.
- Manage and maintain VMware and/or Hyper‑V environments.
- Monitor IT infrastructure and address technical issues.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system‑related problems.
- Support users and resolve technical service requests.
- Maintain system availability, reliability, and security.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders on IT infrastructure requirements.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant System Administrator experience.
- Strong experience with Windows Server and Active Directory.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure/Entra ID.
- Good knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and firewalls.
- Hands‑on experience with VMware and/or Hyper‑V.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
- Candidates currently available in the UAE are preferred.
