Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Systems Engineer – Enterprise Infrastructure Services Administrator with 5+ years of professional experience in enterprise server and infrastructure administration. The role is responsible for supporting business-critical infrastructure environments, including Windows and Linux systems, physical and virtual server platforms, infrastructure monitoring, availability management, and enterprise service operations.

The successful candidate will contribute to infrastructure reliability, security, performance, and continuity through system hardening, patching, upgrades, backup and recovery activities, capacity monitoring, and structured incident, problem, and change management. Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis capabilities will be important for maintaining stable enterprise infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer enterprise server and infrastructure environments.
• Provide Windows and Linux infrastructure support.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in systems engineering, infrastructure administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience administering enterprise server and infrastructure environments.
• Strong experience with Windows and Linux infrastructure .
• Experience supporting physical and virtual server environments.
• Knowledge of infrastructure monitoring and availability management.
• Experience with incident, problem, and change management.
• Practical experience with system hardening, patching, and upgrades.
• Understanding of backup, recovery, and business continuity processes.
• Experience with performance and capacity monitoring.
• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
• Ability to create and maintain infrastructure documentation and SOPs.
• Experience coordinating with vendors and OEMs.
• Strong communication and technical documentation skills.
• Ability to support business-critical enterprise environments.
