Role Overview
INDEX Holding is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its Dubai HR team. The role focuses on end-to-end recruitment, proactive sourcing, headhunting, candidate-pipeline development, and collaboration with hiring managers across multiple business functions.
The successful candidate should be proactive, an effective communicator, and capable of delivering a positive candidate experience in a fast-paced, multi-business environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through offer stage
- Proactively source and headhunt qualified candidates
- Conduct candidate screening and competency-based interviews
- Work with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and recruitment strategies
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future vacancies
- Provide a professional and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Requirements
- 4–6 years of recruitment or talent-acquisition experience
- Strong sourcing and headhunting capabilities
- Experience using LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms
- UAE recruitment experience is preferred
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-business environment
- Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English
- Knowledge of talent sourcing, recruitment strategies, competency-based interviewing, applicant-tracking systems, and LinkedIn Recruiter
