Strong experience in designing, coordinating, and delivering training programs. Experience in onboarding, service excellence, leadership, and compliance training. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage colleagues at all levels. Strong understanding of hospitality and guest service standards, with the ability to translate standards into practical training. Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
