We are driven to create a future where people and place enrich one another. We are wholly committed to rooting ourselves more deeply in every place we are in while setting new benchmarks for positive impact.

As a pioneering collective with a common purpose, we curate extraordinary moments and honor the soul of every place along our journey. At Rosewood Hotel Group, we answer The Calling. Together, we Make the Place.

THE TEAM

The Human Resources team at Rosewood Abu Dhabi is dedicated to creating an exceptional associate experience while fostering a culture of learning, growth, and service excellence. Reporting to the Assistant Director of Human Resources, the Talent Development Manager works closely with department leaders, operational teams, and associates across the hotel to drive learning initiatives, uphold Rosewood brand standards, and support the continued development of our people.

YOUR ROLE

As Talent Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the associate experience and cultivating a culture of continuous learning, engagement, and excellence. You will lead the hotel's training and development strategy, ensuring associates are equipped with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to deliver exceptional guest experiences while embodying Rosewood's guiding principles and service philosophy.

Working collaboratively with Human Resources and operational leaders, you will oversee onboarding, leadership development, quality assurance initiatives, learning programs, and associate engagement activities that support both individual growth and the overall success of Rosewood Abu Dhabi.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE

• Lead the design, delivery, and evaluation of learning and development programs that support associate growth and operational excellence.
• Champion Rosewood Brand Standards and LQA initiatives through regular audits, training interventions, and follow-up action plans.
• Oversee the onboarding journey, ensuring new associates experience a seamless and engaging Discovery program and probationary follow-up process.
• Manage leadership and talent development initiatives, including management development, mentorship, cross-training, internship, and graduate programs.
• Analyze feedback, audit results, guest satisfaction data, and engagement survey outcomes to identify training opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
• Develop and manage annual training plans, monthly training calendars, budgets, and training records to ensure effective execution and compliance.

COULD THIS BE YOU?

• You are passionate about learning and development and thrive in creating meaningful growth opportunities for others.
• You have experience delivering training and talent development initiatives within a luxury hospitality environment.
• You possess excellent facilitation, coaching, and presentation skills, with the confidence to engage audiences at all levels.
• You are highly analytical and able to translate guest, quality, and engagement data into impactful development solutions.
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint, and can create engaging, professional learning materials.
• You are a collaborative relationship builder who works effectively across departments and inspires a culture of service excellence and continuous improvement.

OUR BENEFITS

As part of our team, you’ll enjoy a thoughtfully designed benefits package that supports your wellbeing, professional growth, and life beyond work. This includes medical coverage, retirement benefits, paid time off, complimentary room nights, learning and development opportunities, global career opportunities, and industry-leading paid parental leave supporting eligible associates across all paths to parenthood.

OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU

• At Rosewood Hotel Group, your voice is heard – and valued. We’re a community that encourages associates to be themselves, not fit into a fixed culture, and this philosophy shines through in our commitments to reflect and honor the history, culture and geography of our destinations. We’re not only committed to building and nurturing genuine, long-lasting relationships but to transforming them – and our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) strategy helps put these principles into practice.
