Abu Dhabi University is seeking a well-organized, professional, and enthusiastic Talent Empowerment and Growth (TEG) Assistant to provide administrative and clerical support to the TEG Department.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative and clerical support to the TEG Department.
• Manage and coordinate the TEG Director's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and sending reminders.
• Welcome visitors, employees, and guests, ensuring a professional and positive experience.
• Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring accurate documentation and easy retrieval of records.
• Assist with scanning, printing, photocopying, and organizing departmental documents.
• Support meeting arrangements, including room bookings, meeting invitations, and preparation of materials.
• Assist with basic data entry, record updates, and other administrative tasks as assigned.
• Handle confidential employee and departmental information with discretion and professionalism.

Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Assistant supports the Talent Empowerment and Growth Department by facilitating recruitment and onboarding processes. The role is responsible for identifying, screening, and coordinating qualified candidates while ensuring a seamless hiring and onboarding experience. Through efficient management of recruitment records and processes, the Talent Acquisition Assistant contributes to Abu Dhabi University’s goal of attracting, developing, and retaining a skilled and diverse workforce, thereby strengthening institutional performance and growth.
