Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and oversee all aspects of tax compliance, reporting, and planning.
* Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize their financial performance and minimize tax liabilities.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure tax considerations are integrated into business decisions.
* Keep abreast of evolving tax laws and regulations in the cryptocurrency and blockchain industry.
* Build and lead a tax team over time as the function grows.
