Tax Manager - International

A growing company with an expanding international presence is looking to add an Tax Manager - International to its team. This is a great opportunity for a tax professional who wants exposure to both domestic and international tax in a growing organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage U.S. and international tax compliance and reporting
• Support quarterly and annual tax provision activities
• Prepare and review ASC 740 tax provisions
• Assist with international tax planning and related projects
• Partner with accounting and finance teams on tax matters
• Work with external tax advisors as needed
• Research tax issues and help ensure compliance with changing regulations

Qualifications

• 7+ years of corporate/international tax experience
• Strong ASC 740 experience highly preferred
• International tax exposure strongly preferred
• CPA or advanced tax/accounting degree a plus
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work in a growing, fast-paced environment

Compensation: $115,000–$155,000 base + bonus

• Employees are paid on a biweekly basis.
