The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing and implementing an appropriate instructional program in an elementary school setting. You will be able to create a classroom environment that is conducive for learning, while also providing appropriate guidance and discipline. You will need to establish clear objectives for all lessons, units and projects, while also preparing lesson materials and assessing student progress.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, as well as strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task effectively. A solid knowledge of the subject matter is essential, as is the ability to work well with children of all ages. A bachelor's degree or higher in education or a related field is preferred.
