Detailed Job Description: As a Tech Lead – Java/React supporting Dicetek on an on-site basis in Abu Dhabi, UAE, you will take full operational, tactical, and technical ownership of enterprise software construction, technical team leadership, and cross-functional project delivery. Your day-to-day responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining robust enterprise-scale applications utilizing Java, full-stack technologies, and React front-end frameworks, leading technical squads through agile sprint cycles, engaging with client stakeholders and engineering managers, mentoring junior and mid-level developers, ensuring high code quality and architecture standards, and interacting directly with IT headhunters like Tanzeem Ahmad.
Key Responsibilities: - Architect, design, develop, test, and maintain robust enterprise-grade applications and distributed systems using Java and full-stack frameworks.
- Build scalable backend services, RESTful APIs, and secure transaction processing channels alongside dynamic React front-end components.
- Lead technical engineering teams, provide architectural guidance, conduct code reviews, and enforce software development best practices.
- Engage proactively with clients, product managers, and executive stakeholders to define technical specifications and project milestones.
