About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and collaborative MS Dynamics 365 Developer to join our growing technology team. In this role, you will be the primary architect and technical lead for our Microsoft Customer Insights - Journeys (formerly Marketing) implementation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build seamless, data-driven customer experiences. Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end technical development, configuration, and customization of the MS Dynamics 365 Customer Insights environment.
• Design and implement sophisticated real-time marketing journeys, ensuring high deliverability and personalization accuracy.
• Develop custom plug-ins, workflows, and Power Automate flows to extend platform functionality beyond out-of-the-box features.
• Collaborate with the data engineering team to integrate disparate data sources into Customer Insights - Data, ensuring a unified customer profile.
• Maintain system health by performing regular audits, troubleshooting technical issues, and managing environment deployments.
• Advise stakeholders on best practices for audience segmentation and automated journey orchestration.

Required Qualifications

• Proven technical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, with a specialized focus on the Customer Insights - Journeys module.
• Strong proficiency in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Demonstrated ability to write and maintain high-quality C#, .NET, and JavaScript code for Dynamics customizations.
• Solid understanding of Common Data Service (Data verse) and web services (REST/OData).
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical partners.

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Insights (Journeys or Data) Associate.
• Experience with Azure services (Azure Functions, Logic Apps) as they relate to Dynamics integrations.
• Familiarity with SQL and data visualization tools.
• Experience working within an Agile/Scrum development framework.

Experience Level (4–7 Years)

This is a mid-to-senior level position requiring a professional who can operate independently while mentoring junior team members. You are expected to have a deep understanding of the Dynamics ecosystem, having successfully completed at least two full-lifecycle implementations of the marketing/journeys module. You will be relied upon to make architectural decisions that ensure long-term scalability and performance.
