Technical Coordinator

You will support the Project Manager in the overall technical and operational coordination of the different Work Packages, ensuring alignment of project scope, schedule, cost, deliverables, resources and dependencies between Work Packages. You willprovide day-to-day coordination and technical oversight across maintenance, integrity, inspection, asset hierarchy breakdown, spare parts and CMMS activities.

• Supportthe Project Manager in coordinating different Work Packages, monitoringprogress, deliverables, risks, issues, resources, and contractualcommitments.
• Maintainand monitor the Work Task Schedule (WTS), milestones, priorities, anddependencies across WPs and WUs.
• Supportproject planning, cost monitoring, resource forecasting, progressmeasurement, and management reporting.
• Coordinate WP Leads to resolve interface issues, manage priorities, and ensure timelydeliverable issuance.
• Monitordeliverable status, document control, quality reviews, comments,and corrective actions.
• Prepareproject dashboards, progress reports, management presentations, actiontrackers, and meeting minutes.
• Supporttechnical discussions and ensure consistent communication andfollow-up on agreed actions.
• Providetechnical coordination across Maintenance Engineering, HB, Integrity, Inspection, Spare Parts, and CMMS.
• Identifyschedule slippage, resource constraints, scope gaps, and cross-WP risks,escalating issues with recommended solutions.
• Supportchange management, scope clarification, progress validation, andpreparation of supporting documentation for commercial discussions.
• Deputizefor the Project Manager when required and ensure continuity of projectcoordination and reporting.

Candidate profile

• Bachelor’sdegree in engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• At least 7years of experience in maintenance engineering, asset integrity, projectcoordination, or engineering services, preferably in Oil & Gas,petrochemical, or offshore projects.
• Goodunderstanding of maintenance strategies and programs, equipmentcriticality, HB, inspection, integrity, spare parts/BOM, and CMMS.
• Workingknowledge of project planning, scope management, cost control, progressmeasurement, and resource management.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong Power Point presentation/reportingcapabilities.
• Excellentcommunication, coordination, problem-solving, and stakeholder-managementskills.
• Abilityto coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage competing priorities, andcommunicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
• Familiaritywith SAP PM, Maximo, Power BI, or similar project and asset-managementtools is an advantage.
