Key Job Responsibilities
- The NANO Technical Infrastructure Program Manager owns the country-level infrastructure strategy and establishes the architecture standards and readiness criteria used for site launches.
- Strategy, Vendor Management, and Contract Governance - Own the country network technology roadmap for Quick Commerce infrastructure.
- Drive network infrastructure vendor selection from initial evaluation through ongoing engagement.
- Establish and govern vendor service level expectations.
- Identify and recommend end-user equipment that meets regional cost and performance targets.
- Work with Device Tech on certification of associate-facing devices such as scanners, workstations, and printers.
- Evaluate infrastructure approaches that support rapid deployment while maintaining required availability.
- Manage infrastructure decisions with consideration for both technology performance and financial outcomes.
- Site Launch and Network Deployment - Define country-level deployment playbooks and network architecture standards.
- Establish infrastructure readiness criteria for new site launches.
- Define deployment sequencing to support expansion across the site network.
- Address escalations where infrastructure decisions have implications across the wider fleet.
- Ensure network and device strategies can support the speed and scale required by Quick Commerce operations.

Basic Qualifications
- 5 years of program management or technical project management experience.
- Bachelor 's degree or equivalent in a related technical field.
- Experience managing large-scale projects from end to end.
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure domains including compute server platforms, storage server platforms, server components, network devices, technologies, and architectures.
- Knowledge of IT service delivery principles and best practices.
- Experience managing conflicts and escalations.
- Experience negotiating compromises, influencing stakeholders, and solving problems with engineering teams.
- Experience participating in continuous improvement initiatives that scale and improve controllership with measurable results, or experience communicating results to senior leadership.
- Experience communicating with technical and non-technical audiences, including executive-level stakeholders or clients.
