Role Description The Technical Manager/Advisor is a full-time, a

Miami based role responsible for providing technical leadership and guidance on building restoration, repair, and maintenance projects. This role collaborates with the BD team, coordinates with estimating and operations, and ensures that solutions align with industry standards, client requirements, and safety protocols. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing building conditions, advising on technical methods and materials, supporting the development of proposals and scopes of work, and troubleshooting complex technical issues as they arise. The Technical Manager/Advisor collaborates closely with project managers, sales teams, and clients to review designs, validate budgets and timelines, and ensure quality and performance outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to assess building conditions, interpret technical data, and develop effective solutions.
• Demonstrated team management experience, including coaching, coordinating cross-functional teams, and fostering collaboration.
• Hands-on technical support capabilities related to building restoration, waterproofing, exterior maintenance, or similar construction and engineering environments.
• Proven project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and overseeing multiple concurrent projects desired.
• Knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and industry best practices for commercial building restoration and maintenance.
• Great communication skills for advising clients, preparing technical documentation, and presenting recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, architecture, or a related technical field preferred;
  equivalent experience considered.
