Oversee technical reviews and coordinate specialist technical support across MEP Fire Life Safety and other building services disciplines
Coordinate with appointed technical consultants and relevant stakeholders to ensure MEP requirements are adequately addressed
Ensure technical reviews and related activities comply with applicable Fire Life Safety regulations and statutory requirements
Manage technical coordination between base-building infrastructure and property-specific requirements to ensure compatibility and compliance
Coordinate with appointed specialist consultants to obtain technical expertise and support as required
Ensure technical reviews and delivery activities are aligned with project specifications applicable regulations and authority requirements
Work closely with property management teams consultants contractors and other stakeholders to address technical requirements and resolve interface-related issues
Review technical submissions identify potential technical gaps and provide recommendations to ensure compliance with project requirements
