Technical Sales Leader, International Emerging

International Emerging is one of the largest and most diverse Areas in Cohesitys global organization covering Eastern Europe the Balkans the Middle East Africa and India.

Cohesitys Technical Sales (TS) team is responsible for the pre-sales technical engagement with Cohesitys customers and partners from initial discovery activities through the full sales lifecycle to deal closure. The Technical Sales Leader in International Emerging is responsible for leading our teams of Technical Sales professionals across the Area aligned to enterprise and commercial accounts and to our channel partners.

HOW YOULL SPEND YOUR TIME HERE:

• Leading the Technical Sales teams in International Emerging.
• Working with the Area Vice President of Sales and his leadership team to define and execute on the technical go-to-market plan for the Area.
• Accountability for the business performance of Cohesitys solution offerings portfolio in International Emerging
• Ensuring the effective positioning of Cohesitys solution offerings to our customers in International Emerging.
• Leading the technical engagement with Cohesitys channel partners in International Emerging.
• Working as part of the International Technical Sales Leadership team to define and execute the technology engagement lifecycle for the Geography.
• Leveraging Cohesitys global technical community including Technical Sales Engineering and Product Management to support customer and partner engagement in International Emerging.
• Acting as Cohesitys CTO for International Emerging with direct senior-level engagements with customers partners analysts and the press.

WED LOVE TO TALK TO YOU IF YOU HAVE MANY OF THE FOLLOWING:

• At least 5 years experience in a technical leadership role
• Proven experience managing managers and overseeing a team of 25 employees driving performance engagement and cross-functional collaboration.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity streamline workflows and support decision making.
• Degree educated with a preference for BSc/MSc in Computer Science or similar subject
• Technical expertise in IT infrastructure and/or cyber-security
• Proven track record of leading sales / technical sales success
• Proven ability to lead and manage technical teams
• Proven ability to influence key internal and external stakeholders effectively
• Proven ability to present technical messaging to large and/or critical audiences
• Presales leadership experience in an IT vendor similar to Cohesity (i.e. subscription-based software / SaaS)
• Knowledge of Cohesitys product portfolio and/or those of its competitors
• A strong customer and partner network in the International Emerging region with a focus on the customer CTO/CISO community
• Press and analyst engagement experience
• Strong personal social media or industry brand
• Project management experience
