Job Title: Technology Resilience Sr Analyst

Job Purpose
The Senior Analyst – Technology Resilience will act as a Technology Resilience SME, responsible for designing, planning, documenting, and implementing activities under the Technology Resilience Program. The role will oversee Business Impact Analysis, threat assessments, resilience capability assessments, recovery plans, runbooks, training, testing, and exercising. The role will also take ownership of the Technology Resilience annual roadmap, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery while coordinating with technology, business, risk, and senior stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Technology or a relevant discipline.
- 7–10 years of overall professional experience.
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in Technology Resilience, Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, Technology Risk, or related areas.
- Experience in Disaster Recovery and ISO 22301 implementation.
- Experience with NCEMA standards and implementation.
- Aviation industry experience is preferred.
- Project or programme management experience is preferred.
Professional Certifications
- ISO 22301 certification.
- Disaster Recovery certification.
