Arabiio is a Dubai-based, director-led creative production studio and social media agency.
We make cinematic brand films, social content and performance campaigns for healthcare,
finance, F&B, retail and B2B clients across the UAE and GCC. We're a team of filmmakers, writers and digital strategists, and we're known for storytelling over volume.
Role Description
We're looking for a sharp, curious tele sales specialist who can open doors at enterprise
accounts, book qualified meetings and handle inbound enquiries with the same care. You
won't be reading a script. You'll be having real conversations with marketing heads,
founders and procurement teams, and turning them into meetings our business
development team can close.
What you'll do
- Run outbound calls to enterprise accounts across our target sectors and book qualified first meetings
- Ask the questions that uncover a prospect's real goals, budget, timeline and decision process
- Qualify and respond to inbound enquiries quickly, professionally and with the right follow-up
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in the CRM, including notes, next steps and lead status
- Hand over warm, well-briefed meetings to the business development team with clear context
- Track your own activity and results and use the data to improve your approach each week
What we're looking for
- Proven B2B tele sales or appointment-setting experience, ideally with enterprise or mid-market accounts
- Excellent English communication, both spoken and written; Arabic, Hindi or Malayalam is a strong advantage
- A genuine talent for discovery: you listen more than you pitch and you follow up on what people actually say
- Confidence handling objections and gatekeepers without becoming pushy
- Comfort with CRM tools and basic sales reporting
- An interest in creative and marketing services, or the ability to learn them quickly
What success looks like
- Consistent, qualified meetings booked with decision-makers at target accounts
- High-quality handovers that business development can act on without re-qualifying
- Inbound enquiries answered quickly and routed correctly
- Clean CRM records and a clear picture of what's working
