Responsibilities

• Sell prepaid SIM cards, postpaid SIM cards, data plans, mobile packages, and telecom services to new and existing customers.
• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through active selling, customer follow‑up, and lead conversion.
• Generate leads through field visits, outdoor sales activities, kiosks, retail locations, promotional counters, and branch‑based customer engagement.
• Explain telecom products, packages, offers, promotions, data bundles, and plan benefits clearly to customers.
• Assist customers in selecting suitable prepaid, postpaid, or data packages based on their usage needs and budget.
• Handle SIM registration, customer onboarding, documentation checks, and KYC verification in line with regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate sales records, customer details, activation reports, stock usage, and daily performance updates.
• Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat sales, referrals, renewals, and long‑term service usage.
• Respond to customer queries, complaints, service concerns, and package‑related questions in a professional manner.
• Coordinate with supervisors regarding sales progress, customer feedback, stock movement, operational issues, and target achievement.
• Follow company policies, telecom compliance standards, customer verification rules, and internal reporting procedures.
• Stay updated on new telecom products, promotional campaigns, market trends, competitor offers, and customer preferences.
• Participate in sales campaigns, mall activations, kiosk promotions, outdoor selling drives, and branch‑level business activities.
• Maintain a professional appearance, positive attitude, and high customer service standards during every customer interaction.
• Support team sales goals by sharing leads, assisting colleagues, and contributing to branch or campaign performance.
• Safeguard SIM card stock, activation materials, company devices, documents, and assigned sales assets.
• Follow assigned work schedules, shift timings, attendance rules, route plans, and reporting requirements.
• Perform other telecom sales and customer support duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Ideal Profile

• 1–3 years of experience in telecom sales, retail sales, direct sales, field sales, kiosk sales, or customer‑facing sales roles.
• UAE telecom sales experience is preferred, especially in SIM card sales, mobile plans, prepaid services, postpaid services, or data package selling.
• High School Diploma is required; Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong ability to meet sales targets in a competitive telecom retail or outdoor sales environment.
• Good understanding of telecom products, prepaid plans, postpaid plans, data bundles, mobile offers, customer onboarding, and promotional selling.
• Confident customer handling skills with the ability to explain products clearly and close sales professionally.
• Experience working in retail outlets, kiosks, field locations, direct sales campaigns, or promotional sales counters.
• Ability to manage SIM registration, basic documentation, customer verification, and daily reporting accurately.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, retail schedules, outdoor locations, branch assignments, and campaign‑based duties.
• Fluent in English; Hindi, Arabic, or Urdu language skills will be an added advantage.
• Energetic, disciplined, target‑focused, and comfortable approaching customers in busy retail or field sales environments.
• Professional attitude with strong communication, persuasion, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
