Job Description / Role:
Eton Institute is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telesales (Course Enrollment Advisor – Arabic Speaker) to join our Abu Dhabi team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with prospective learners to help them achieve their educational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Convert enquiries into enrolments through phone calls, emails, online consultations, and face-to-face interactions.
- Advise prospective learners on language courses, professional training, and educational solutions.
- Proactively follow up on leads, quotations, registrations, and pending enquiries to maximise conversions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Achieve monthly sales, enrolment, and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Deliver an excellent customer experience throughout the enrolment journey.
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth learner onboarding and course delivery.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable courses to maximise sales opportunities.
Experience Required:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, telesales, customer service, enrolment, or a similar role.
- Experience in the education or training industry is preferred.
- Experience with CRM systems such as Zoho or Salesforce is an advantage.
Skills Required:
- Arabic speaker with excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong communication, negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a target-driven mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple enquiries effectively.
