Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telesales Representative role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Telesales Representative will make outbound and receive inbound calls to identify client needs, present suitable property options, and promote Rainbow Properties’ services. Daily tasks include qualifying leads, explaining property features and benefits, scheduling property viewings or appointments for the sales team, and following up with prospective and existing clients. The role involves maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, meeting individual and team sales targets, and coordinating with colleagues to ensure a smooth client experience. The Telesales Representative will also stay updated on Dubai real estate trends, developer offerings, and company promotions to provide accurate and current information.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for clear telephone interactions, active listening, and professional email or message writing.
• Candidates should possess Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide a positive, client-focused experience.
• Candidates should possess Sales skills to pursue leads, present property options persuasively, and work toward achieving sales targets.
• Candidates should possess Training-related skills, including the ability to learn product knowledge quickly and apply guidance from coaching and feedback.
• Previous telesales, call center, or real estate sales experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills is beneficial.
• Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages commonly used in Dubai is an advantage.
