Job Description
Prepare and compile technical and commercial proposals in response to RFPs, Requests for Proposals and ITBs, Invitations to Bid
Coordinate with estimation, engineering and procurement teams to gather necessary documentation, technical inputs and pricing data
Track tender deadlines, clarification requests and ensure full compliance with client submission requirements
Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, BOQs and summarize key technical and commercial requirements
Organize pre-bid queries and follow up with consultants or clients on clarifications
Assist in preparing technical write-ups, construction methodologies and project execution plans for submission
Ensure that tender submissions are professionally formatted, complete and submitted on time
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in civil or architectural engineering. 1 3 years of experience in technical coordination, with proven experience in construction projects within the UAE
Strong knowledge of construction drawings, specifications and technical standards
Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office and document management systems; knowledge of BIM/Revit is an advantage
